Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed with the same care we put into selecting our grilling tools.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Like maintaining the perfect grill temperature, we’ve kept the process simple but precise.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened containers of grill cleaners or charcoal products
- Used grilling utensils/tools
- Products missing original packaging or tags
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps as carefully as you’d monitor your grill’s smoke levels:
- Contact Our Grill Support Team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Securely – Return items in their original packaging with all accessories, using the RMA number clearly marked on the outside.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
