We fire up our shipping process quickly! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

– Flat rate: $12.95 USD
– Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping (EMS)
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
– Available for orders over $50
– Best for budget-conscious grill masters

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may have extended delivery times or additional restrictions.

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding certain remote areas in Asia). International customers may be responsible for:

Our Return Promise

Like adjusting your grill’s vents for perfect airflow, we’ve designed our returns process to be straightforward yet precise. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened containers of grill cleaners or charcoal products
  • Used grilling utensils/tools
  • Products missing original packaging or tags

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps as carefully as you’d monitor your grill’s smoke levels:

Step 1: Contact Our Grill Support Team

  • Details about the item you’d like to return
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We’ll respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return instructions

Step 3: Package Securely

Return items in their original packaging with all accessories, using the RMA number clearly marked on the outside.

Step 4: Ship Back

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Process

For exchanges:
